Day 3 takeaway
This was a great way to release physical tension in my body. Things came to my mind during the exercise I didn’t realize I was even still thinking about on some level. I typically do Win Hof breath work but I’m liking Sandy… I think I’ll keep him lol.

i’m feeling very grateful for that session. i do breath work every morning, but i find that changing the type of routine i do makes the effects more impactful. so im gonna be incorporating this video into my weekly routine. i love the euphoria without vices!!

Shadow side is scared but it trusts the path I'm on. It gives me permission to do more

the video activity was so funny even though i felt like a crazy person lol. i noticed how similar my shadow and light side are and i was able to hear what they both had to say without prioritizing one over the other. even though my light feels like she should be prioritized, my shadow said that i must honor her too

sooo i’ve been restarting day one for about a week now lol. but i’ve reached 4 days of limited screen time and it’s been good but strange. just sitting with my uncomfortable thoughts/boredom instead of watching mindless entertainment has been challenging and fun. i feel like im more playful and im more conscious of how i spend my time.
