The breathing exercise was surprisingly uncomfortable for me. I’m realizing how I avoid feeling my emotions.. it’s been 9 days since I started this reset & I don’t find it coincidental that I put this exercise off as long as I did. I found myself just wanting to slow down & breathe but never allowing myself to do so.
I’ll try to do more of this as I plan on practicing earthing a lot more this season. That way I can ground those emotions that come up.
