I did the “do it” multiple times last night and today. It worked and let me tell you. It started with the alarm. I wanted to hit snooze and didn’t because of that today and also I figured I would take out garbage later tonight instead of the morning. Do it came to mind and I just did it so I didn’t have to do it tonight. Also because if you do as you say I do not want to go backwards. I want to keep moving toward my goals and aspirations.
