Worked out today i call it my 50 50 Workout 5 to 10 minutes of stepping 50 push ups ๐Ÿ’ช 60 swing kicks 2 sets of 50 squats ๐Ÿ’ช water medication and mind movies some smal weights I want to work on my speed again. I've noticed you have to work against what your body wants to do. But I speak into it while im working out.
I do that to get strength to fish my workout
