Before you “level up,” ask yourself:
• Could I do a few more reps?
• Did my form stay solid?
• Did I feel in control?
If yes… you’re ready.
If not… you’re building.
This is where most people get it wrong:
They rush to the next thing instead of mastering the level they’re on.
Progress doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing the same things better.
👉 1 good workout = you’re close
👉 2 in a row = level up
Stay where you are.
Get stronger there.
Then move up.
