What do patterns have to do with weight loss?
Everything.
Because weight loss doesn’t usually fail from lack of knowledge.
It fails in the moments when life gets real.
You know what to do…
but then:
You’re stressed → you order takeout
You miss one workout → you stop going
You have one “off” day → you restart Monday
You get overwhelmed → you shut down
That’s not a discipline problem.
That’s a pattern.
Patterns are the automatic behaviors you fall into when things feel hard, busy, emotional, or inconvenient.
And if you don’t understand your patterns…
you will keep:
starting over
falling off
waiting for motivation
going all in, then burning out
Over and over again.
That’s why I teach this.
Not to overcomplicate weight loss.
But to make it actually work.
Because once you can see your pattern…
👉 you can pause
👉 you can adjust
👉 you can keep going instead of quitting
And that’s the difference.
Not perfection.
Not motivation.
Consistency.
