Good evening,
I’m very nervous about posting this but I need some help getting back on track, I’m down 90 pounds but have been at a stall for the last several months and can’t kick it. I’m starting to feel really discourage and have noticed myself going in to my old habits.. I know when I eat right I feel so much better but with the weight not coming off I’m feeling really down about myself. I don’t want to go back up to where I started, I’m heath was really bad then. My health is so much better now and I’d like to keep it that way especially getting a little more weight.
