Lately, I’ve been quietly reflecting on a simple question:
How can I bring a little more light, love, and compassion into the world on a daily basis?
I’m sharing this not to toot my own horn at all—but as a way of thinking out loud and inviting us, as a community, to brainstorm together how we might each be lights in the world, especially in times that feel chaotic, heavy, or dark.
One small practice I’ve started—only when it feels available and when I get that gentle intuitive nudge—is paying for the people behind me in the Dunkin’ drive-through. ☕️
It brings me an enormous amount of joy imagining the moment of confusion… and then joy… when someone realizes their coffee is already paid for. Who knows—maybe they’re having a rough day, maybe it’s just a neutral one—but even a tiny unexpected kindness can ripple outward in ways we’ll never see.
I was also recently gifted these cards called “Better Than Yesterday”, and they’re full of simple, practical suggestions for small acts of goodness, presence, and care. It got me thinking even more about how little things really do matter.
So I’d love to open this up to all of you 💫
✨ What are ways you already bring light into the world—big or small?
✨ What practices help you stay connected to love and compassion in everyday life?
✨ How can we, as a group, gently sprinkle more light into the spaces we move through?
No pressure, no perfection—just shared reflection.
I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and be inspired by you. 💛
