Lately, Iāve been quietly reflecting on a simple question: How can I bring a little more light, love, and compassion into the world on a daily basis? Iām sharing this not to toot my own horn at allābut as a way of thinking out loud and inviting us, as a community, to brainstorm together how we might each be lights in the world, especially in times that feel chaotic, heavy, or dark. One small practice Iāve startedāonly when it feels available and when I get that gentle intuitive nudgeāis paying for the people behind me in the Dunkinā drive-through. āļø It brings me an enormous amount of joy imagining the moment of confusion⦠and then joy⦠when someone realizes their coffee is already paid for. Who knowsāmaybe theyāre having a rough day, maybe itās just a neutral oneābut even a tiny unexpected kindness can ripple outward in ways weāll never see. I was also recently gifted these cards called āBetter Than Yesterdayā, and theyāre full of simple, practical suggestions for small acts of goodness, presence, and care. It got me thinking even more about how little things really do matter. So Iād love to open this up to all of you š« ⨠What are ways you already bring light into the worldābig or small? ⨠What practices help you stay connected to love and compassion in everyday life? ⨠How can we, as a group, gently sprinkle more light into the spaces we move through? No pressure, no perfectionājust shared reflection. I canāt wait to hear your thoughts and be inspired by you. š
