So, let me help you with some simple Time Management tips that will make your admin tasks less overwhelming. 1. Don't overplan. 2. Procrastinating? Find out why you are avoiding doing the task in front of you. 3. Prioritize! How? From your to-do list, remove what won't move your business forward and focus on what matters. It doesn't have to be massive. 4. Avoid distractions. Time Management is so much more than a technique and time blocking.
