Time management is about shifting perspective from: " I Manage Time" to " I Manage what I do with the time I have" But... How much time does your cake business have? Have you thought about how long you would like to be a baker? How long would you like your cake business to run? Would you like to: Sell it Retire Quit? How many times a day do you say this? Not having time is a reality for home bakers, using this as the answer to all our problems is also a reality. I have a question for you: Do you want to have more time in a day? Do you want to manage your time in a better way? Do you want to feel productive and on top of everything? I bet the answer is YES! Now I have to ask you the hard truth: Are you willing to audit your time? Do you want to know where time is going? Do you want to prioritize and plan for better time management? I HOPE, the answer is yes too! Because time management is not about time, it is about what we do with the time we have.
