This chapter will hit close to home. What we discussed:
Chapter 2 introduces Paul as our "Thoughtology" professor. We dove into strongholds. Repeated thoughts that turn into default beliefs. These are thoughts that show up automatically. They feel permanent and unremovable.
āIām just an anxious person.ā
"This is how Iāve always been.ā
āNothing ever really changes.ā
A thought repeated long enough starts to feel true. Over time, it stops getting questioned.
Thatās where the damage happens. These thoughts influence decisions, reactions, and expectations.
You donāt remove a stronghold by pretending it isnāt there. You identify the lie and replace it with truth.
That process takes repetition. Thatās the work.
Next: Chapter 3 Old Lies, New Truth.
Looking forward to next week's call!
