Chapter 2 introduces Paul as our "Thoughtology" professor. We dove into strongholds. Repeated thoughts that turn into default beliefs. These are thoughts that show up automatically. They feel permanent and unremovable.
ā€œI’m just an anxious person.ā€
"This is how I’ve always been.ā€
ā€œNothing ever really changes.ā€
A thought repeated long enough starts to feel true. Over time, it stops getting questioned.
That’s where the damage happens. These thoughts influence decisions, reactions, and expectations.
You don’t remove a stronghold by pretending it isn’t there. You identify the lie and replace it with truth.
That process takes repetition. That’s the work.
