My biggest tip for grounding is to get yourself a tub, fill it with soil or sand and sit or sand in it for as long as you can each day. Do this even if you have access to a park or backyard. Grounding prayer
Grounding yourself into the Divine connection of Source through Mother Earth. Use this practice after Akashic journeys and block clearings. This is a quick paced visualization/feeling practice to enable you to feel/see the energy of Divine Source connect you and ground you onto the Earth Plane. You can simply listen along and receive or repeat the "I," statements at each chakra point.Β Enjoy!
