Template Files The system prompt template, the greeting message template, and the guardrail setup we use for healthcare and legal clients. How to use these: 1. Download the skill file and upload it to Claude under Customization, then Add 2. Start a new chat and call it with /ai-receptionist 3. Answer the setup questions about your business 4.
