Claude Updates Are Insane 🔥
Claude just launched 8 new features, and I showed all of them live in the new video. Here is the list of everything we covered, plus the shortcuts I promised.
UPDATES
1. Nested sessions
One chat can start several chats at once. Each one does its own task and reports back.
2. Session rail and remote control
See your context, connectors and outputs in one panel. Start a task at your desk and steer it from your phone.
3. Side chats with /btw
Ask "what have you done so far?" without interrupting the main task.
4. Split view
Watch two chats side by side. Alt/Option-click a chat to open it beside the current one.
5. Docs, Slides and Design
Create a document, a deck or a design and share it as a live link people can comment on.
6. Pinned master session
One chat tracks your other sessions and shows what is waiting on you.
7. Grouping chats
Sort your chats into named sections like Sales, Finance and Customer Support.
8. Output style
Choose how Claude writes, such as shorter or more explanatory. Type /output style.
9. Mods
Change the look of Claude itself, like a usage ribbon or a progress bar.
SHORTCUTS
Ctrl+Alt+Space: Opens Claude from anywhere
Esc twice: Rewinds to an earlier point
Ctrl+D: Starts voice input
Ctrl+/: Lists all shortcuts
Alt/Option-click: Opens a chat in split view
SLASH COMMANDS
/btw: Starts a side chat
/recap: Summarises the session
/rewind: Undoes a wrong turn
/doctor: Checks for problems
/advisor: Helps with big decisions
/insights: Shows what you have been working on
