Interactive maps for my clients

Im so fascinated with Perplexity. It's incredible what you can do with it.

Here's what I built for one of my buyer clients:

A client search page: I used ChatGPT's Codex to build a page that tracks the whole search, with every apartment I'd pre-selected in one place.
An interactive map: I asked ChatGPT to plot the listings on a real map. Apartments in nearby areas share the same color, and clicking any pin opens a full property profile.
Neighborhood research: I asked Perplexity to research safety and public transport access for each area. All of it now lives inside each property profile.

It's amazing how much AI can improve the client experience. My client gets a clear, visual way to compare options, and I save hours of research.
