uilding My First SaaS at 16 — Would Love Feedback
Hey everyone!
I’m 16 years old and currently building my first real SaaS product: LeadScope AI — an AI tool that reads real estate inquiries and instantly scores them by budget, urgency, timeline, buyer type, and intent.
Agents get a clean dashboard, and within 3 seconds they know which leads are High, Medium, or Low priority.
I’ve built everything myself — the AI workflow, Supabase backend, n8n automations, and the UI. And I just booked my first real demo call with an agent this week.
I’d love any feedback or advice on:
- improving the product
- sharpening the scoring model
- running better demos
- selling SaaS to agents
I’m super motivated and working on this every day.Any tips from more experienced builders would mean a lot.
