Limiting belief : Loss of privacy

Hello amazing people! I work in building Robots and AI systems. Yet I am reluctant to uses AI in my personal life as I am scared of big companies misusing my data once I feed it my intimate goals and desires. Possibilty for being easily profiled, marketed or identity theft is high.

During Mark Benioff's interview he mentioned that AI knew detailed plans of his competitors, and that it was very useful made me even more skeptical about using an AI Genius partner for myself.

This fear is keeping my hands tied from signing up for the AI boot camp. Has anyone navigated similar fears, what are some practical ways to create a safe and productive experience?
