How I Used the Free Version of Gemini

I did this by creating a Gem. Because today I've been experimenting with the limits of free AI services.

1. I used the template from Google Doc the AI Advantage team gave out yesterday. This gave it context.

2. I gave it the task.

Your task: first read my 20 Quantum Declarations, then guide me through my daily 10 Minute Ritual pause at the right moment, so I may meditate and contemplate in those time frames and do not give a header for each phase of the ritual. Then give me advice for the day. Leave these out: (Here I prompt it to leave out specifics.) Do your task in that order and nothing else.

3. I gave it this trigger.

EGG is triggered with this prompt: "Crack the Egg". (Because on the free version it's not connected to my Google Calendar but that's an easy work around. Just manually add it as a task that repeats daily at whatever time you want.)
