#Help Claude Token Limits

I am quite confused with the token limits of Claude.

I have overspent my extra usage which was supposed to reset on 1 May but today it shows it would reset on 1 June.

Generally, on a weekly basis it shows limits would reset on a specific day and then suddenly I see that the day changes. Today the weekly limit was supposed to reset and now it shows would reset on Monday 5.30 and I have used the weekly limit. Which means I cannot use it for the next 3 days even though the daily session limit used is 0%.

I hope I am making sense and someone can help me. I am unable to talk to agents or a person. Is there a way to talk to someone or can you point me in the right direction?
