I followed some adverts a while back to have a free summit, then paid to have the replays.

I was given access to this skool group but have never been sent log in details for anything else.

When I reply to the emails I get out of office style responses that say the address is not monitored or something which is shocking given that it’s the help/ customer service email address.

The reason I need help is that they keep taking $37 a month but I’m not getting anything for it and can’t get a straight answer. Considering it’s an ai themed group there isn’t even an ai messenger to ask/ look up my account and tell me how to stop it.

If I can’t find out I’ll have to start telling the bank it’s fraud, writing scathing reviews on all the platforms etc until someone actually replies.

What am I missing?!
