Changing my Claude login method

Hello! I signed up for Claude and logged in using my Gmail account, but I'm starting to think that's not the best way to keep my information secure. So I logged out. When I tried to log back in using my email address, it didn't ask me to create a password. I just sent an email with a security code to enter. The classroom Lesson #2 (How To Use Claude Safely”, Item 2, indicates I could use my password manager to create a strong password. See below. Any advice on how I could create a password instead of logging in with Google would be appreciated! Thank you!

· If you use Google or Apple to log in, your Claude account is only as secure as that account. Make sure multi-factor authentication is enabled inside Google or Apple directly.

· If you use email and a password, use a password that is unique to this account. A password manager makes this straightforward.
