What’s the Best Personality Test for Teams?
I’m organizing a corporate retreat in July and would appreciate any feedback y’all might have on the most engaging assessment for teams to understand each others preferences in communication styles and strengths. I’ll select one and lead a session that leverages the assessment they’ve completed prior to the event. I’ve used the following personally but would love to hear of any others you’d recommend!
