How many times a week should you lift/do cardio
I went and saw a nutritionist recently, and she told me that going to the gym 5 days a week to lift is too frequent, I should only do it twice a week. That that's what "they" recommend.
I think she's a fucking moron for saying this
You guys are all big and muscley. How frequently do you lift?
She also said I should do cardio once a week. ???
