This week was a big one for me:
#ADDAZERO Game Changer ran on Tuesday.
For anyone who doesn't know what that is — it's a half-day event I run for business owners who are ready to stop talking about change and actually start making it. Small room, real conversations, no fluff.
Tuesday's room was exactly what it's supposed to be. A group of people who turned up ready to be honest about where they are — and left with a different picture of where they're going. The energy in that room reminded me exactly why I do this work.

The #ADDAZERO Community launched.
You're in it. Which means this week I built something I've been thinking about for a long time — a place where the conversation I normally have behind closed doors in paid programmes is accessible to more people.
That's a win I'm proud of.
The work continued on the #ADDAZERO Methodology.
Behind the scenes, the Price, Package and Profit course has been rebuilt from the ground up — six modules, proper Playbook outputs, world-class content. And is now in the CLASSROOM within this community.
Three wins. One big event, one new platform, one thing quietly moving forward.
