I am starting my career as a video editor. How can i master it?And is it good to start as a video editor at this time?

I started upwork from scratch last month and Alhumdulillah ended the month with 5 jobs. I sent every proposal from deepseek based on one prompt. Even with a new profile my proposal view rate was at 55% Sharing the prompt below so others can benefit from it too! *Prompt* "I need help with writing proposals for freelance jobs on upwork But before we begin there are some rules: 1. I saw this trick in a yt video where you utilize the Employement and Other Experiences section of your profile to get more views. I tried it and the results are here, I was getting 5-8 views per week and after adding 3x Employement Experiences and 3x Other Experiences with short details, my views jumped to almost 45 per week! I'd suggest everyone to try this out!
