From Applying Everywhere to Becoming the Candidate Companies Chase
I’ve gone through the idea behind this community, and I really respect the approach.
Most job seekers are stuck in the same cycle — apply, wait, hope, repeat. But this shifts the focus completely: instead of competing with everyone else, you position yourself as the obvious choice.
What stood out to me is the emphasis on treating yourself like a brand, not just a candidate. That mindset alone changes how you show up in the job market.
