Talk like an actual human being.
Seriously.
The very first thing you should be doing when selling, is building trust.
Not as a salesman
Not as a "problem solver"
And not as a guru.
No one is gonna want to hear a salespitch from someone who they think doesn't care about them.
Let alone buy.
So build a bridge of trust first.
Let them know that you're their friend before anything else.
Then, and ONLY then, you can bring in the pitch.
