One thing I’ve learned after failing many ‘business models’ is it is 10x easier when you’re a founder.
This means you’re not doing all the work.
You leverage other people’s time, skill and expertise.
I do this for
- outreach
- Fulfillment
- Closings (depending on calendars)
And ofc you have the option for Ai dialers for appt setting.
I promise you once you can leverage people who are better than you in other departments, scaling is simply inevitable.
Stop weighing down your head by wearing all the hats.
Make a chance, work smarter not harder.
Constriction workers would always be richest if hard work was rewarded.
That doesn’t mean don’t work hard,
