Welcome to the Year 4 programme! Lesson is on Sunday @ 3pm
Welcome to the Year 5 programme, @Ya Ana Bah We’re really pleased to have your child join the lessons and your family as part of the programme. You’ll receive a few emails with important information. Please take some time to read through them and follow the steps outlined there. Everything is explained clearly, and it will help you feel more settled as you get started on the Learning Journey! Please use the WhatsApp group for our families. It’s the easiest place to ask questions and stay connected. For now, there’s just one thing to focus on. Please get ready for the lesson on Sunday by checking the SKOOL Calendar for the Zoom link and visiting the Year 4 Learning Vault for the worksheet. Your tutor is @Dale Jenkins Dale usually uploads the worksheet the morning of the lesson. You’ll also find recordings of previous lessons and their worksheets there. Don’t worry if it all feels like a lot at first. It’s completely normal. Start with the lesson tomorrow, and then take everything else step by step, in your own time. We’re here to support you along the way.

Newbie!
Hi, all. I'm a mum to a dear daughter in Year 4 and we started our 11+ journey about a month ago. Our target school is Altrincham Grammar School for Girls, a member school of the Trafford Consortium. I'm trying to navigate the minefield that is the 11+ exam. I'm still not sure whether it will be the right path for my daughter but all I can do is give her the opportunity for the best future possible. I don't think any effort is lost as I view these skills as skills for life. Good luck to everyone :)
A little about me and this community + What are your plans for the week?
Since many have joined recently, I want to introduce myself and tell you a little about me. I am Sabah, an immigrant parent of two boys who are now at university. When I came to the UK IN 2008, I didn't know about the UK schooling system and like you I was lost and needed guidance through the selective school process. If you are a parent like that, you have come to the right place. This is a free community which I started in 2023, a place where parents can ask questions in a free, advert-free zone. It helps thousands of parents like you each year through the 11-plus journey. Here, you can ask questions about the 11 plus and all things schooling. I have my own course for parents where I help parents get through this journey step-by-step. My secret is nothing but wholesomeness, going to the basics, working on the mind and focusing on the journey. This is by far THE BEST way to set children up for life. On the path of lasting success through a mindset of learning and purpose. There are many ways I/we can help you transform your child's educational journey. 🔺Use our exclusive ad-restrained community on SKOOL and get our 11+ Journey OS [Operating System] program for parents. 🔺Get my 'parent and child guide bundles' on planning, revision, comprehension, vocab and creative writing through our website. 🔺Go through free video lessons on YouTube channel @The11PlusJourney 🔺Get downloadable books & revision packs from EPRB 🔺Get a 20% discount for your first month on ATOM learning with code 11PLUSJOURNEY-20OFF 🔺Get £10 off on Ieducate's NVR course written by an official GL examiner If you have older children, my free group for secondary school support and career advice is Oxbridge & University Journey- Educational support group for ages 11-18

And yes, all of that IS possible! 🏆🥳 This is the video which will show you how you can make the most out of this fantastic program. https://www.skool.com/the-11-plus-journey-6704/how-to-make-the-most-of-your-membership?p=7d63f84a Why do I call it fantastic?
