International Races!
Apologies for being MIA. I had my first international vacation and that included my first international race in Helsinki, Finland!
This race was absolutely incredible! It was very well organized, had a beautiful ever-changing course, and the crowd support was something like I have never seen! There were a ton of spectators on every part of the 13.1-mile course AND an incredible amount of people packed into the stands to watch us finish in the Olympic Stadium. I am not someone who has a goal of completing the majors, so I've never put too much thought into international races but now suddenly...the possibilities are endless.
Who has been out of the Country? Who has run an international race? Any goals to do so?
