P/E Ratio: Expensive or Undervalued

So i am posting my attempt on this. Hoping for feedback on this. I'm a newbie at this and i am not sure but I'm learning as i go by.

I choose 2 stocks. AROC in the energy sector and HIMS in healthcare. I charted the ATHs and ATLs within each quarter and it appears that the EPS tracks price in general. For HIMS, its currently around the levels seen for Q12024. combined with the forward guidance that's been issued, this might suggest there's room to the upside.
