Alright guys & gals! First off... Sorry for the delay.. The whole office got sick and we didn't know if we were going to be better before this IRL or not but we are good to go. So... We are hosting this next IRL at our Office HQ/Studio in Leander, TX (Right off of 183 Toll Road) Address will be made available once inside of the classroom area.. Only $9 bucks (Not to make money, just to know who's serious about coming... I'll be spending WAYY more on Tacos haha) We are capping it at 20 people and have about 9 RSVP'd so far. We are catering in tacos from Taco Deli and should have plenty but it's first come, first served and once they're gone, they're gone. Last yearโs Skool IRL in Austin was special. Not just bc of the value that was dropped. Not just bc of the time we spent @ Joe's house. but also, the friends we made along the way. Thank you @Ethan Simons & @Andy Monroe this event was only memorable bc of the work u 2 put in <3 massive shoutout to @Gerardo Patino, @Becky Teresa, @Evan Ezell, @Kevin Gong, @Vendy Steinberga this event (VIP especially) wouldn't have been the same without you. also, for more events like this hit up our Skool IRL: Austin Mayors (& Skool Games Winners) @Veronica White & @Jeff Lopez

TLDR: Skool Growth is Live
If you havenโt checked your backend settings yet, Skool just dropped Growth Boost. The Core Mechanics - Skool is now running Meta ads and organic placements to get more attention directly to communities optimized for Skool Discovery. - It costs $0 out-of-pocket to keep this asset active. Skool finances the ad spend upfront. They only take a 30% commission split exclusively on premium users that their platform ads directly acquire and convert for you. - Because Skool is driving cold traffic straight to your Group Card via their Discovery network, your cover photo is now a primary point of friction. Outdated, generic, or confusing visuals mean the ad algorithm will tank your conversion score, killing your visibility. I'm usually focused on organic content and outreach, so Iโve left paid advertising alone. That is exactly why I'm keeping this toggle turned on. I donโt have lots of experience manually overseeing ad spend, managing creatives, or optimizing conversion pixels. So as my community scales, growth boost will turn into a continuous stream of targeted members straight into my community. Because most Skoolers have been sitting on the same generic header graphics for months, your visual packaging probably isn't the best for cold platform traffic, so make sure to update these.
