2. No stimulants – No caffeine, sugar, or hype.
3. Unprompted movement only – Act when you choose.

Watch the room, the coworkers, the streets, the energy.
Only respectable short response, no full conversations. Don’t perform. Just observe.

No bonus tasks.
Complete what’s asked, nothing more.
Channel precision. Not effort.

1. What did I feel before I began the day?
> Was it dread, clarity, apathy, anticipation? Where in the body did I feel it?
2. What emotion kept showing up, even when I ignored it?
> Trace the ghost. Was it anger? Emptiness? Excitement with no outlet?
3. What was I craving that I never got today?
> Don’t filter—touch, praise, silence, danger, meaning?
4. What words or thoughts repeated without action?
> Loop-breakers live here. Identify, don’t justify.
5. When did I feel most me today?
> Could be one second. A look, a laugh, a pause. Why?
6. What truth did I swallow to keep peace?
> Name it. Let the ink carry the rebellion.

1. What pattern repeated today in others’ behavior?
> Same script, different people? What did they mirror back at you?
2. Who pulled energy from me, and who recharged it?
> Rank interactions like a power grid. Leak or source?
3. What invisible law seemed to govern the room?
> Was it fear? Performance? Numb compliance? Name the god.
4. What reaction did I fake—and who was I protecting?
> Yourself, them, your image, your job?
Write it. Save it. Watch the pattern form.
