Your Week Doesn’t Need More AI. It Needs Fewer Decisions.
Quick thought I’ve been testing on myself lately 👇 Most weeks don’t feel heavy because of the work. They feel heavy because of the 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 we keep making over and over. On Mondays, before I automate anything, I use AI in a very specific way: I ask it to 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, not speed up tasks. One simple example: Instead of asking “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫?” I ask: “𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝, 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤?” That single shift changed how my weeks feel by Wednesday. I wrote a short article on my personal site (yes, built and managed with AI) where I break down: ▶ The exact Monday prompt I use ▶ Why decision fatigue kills momentum ▶ How to turn AI into a clarity engine, not another tool to manage 👉 Read it here: https://www.ahmedtomoum.com/blog/your-week-doesnt-need-more-ai-it-needs-fewer-decisions 💬 Community question: What’s one decision you could stop making every day this week?

Your Week Doesn’t Need More AI. It Needs Fewer Decisions.
Most Weeks Fail on Monday. Not on Friday.
Monday feels productive, but it’s often unfocused. Here’s today’s Techspresso AI shot for setting the week properly: The Monday Outcome Shot Before planning tasks, ask AI: “𝙄𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝙜𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 3 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙗𝙮 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮?” Then: ▶ Rewrite them in your own words ▶ Keep them visible all week Every task should support one of them, or wait. Community Challenge 👇Today: 1) Define your 3 outcomes for the week 2) Share one of them below 3) Optional: say why it matters The full breakdown is HERE if you want to go deeper, but start with the shot. One week. Three outcomes. Let’s go ☕

AI Didn’t Make My Work Faster. It Made Me Stop Wasting Energy.
Most productivity advice focuses on speed. But speed doesn’t help if you’re leaking energy all day. Here’s today’s Techspresso AI shot: The Energy Protection PromptWhen working on something, ask AI: “𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙢 𝙄 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚?” Then: ▶ Do only what’s required ▶ Stop earlier ▶ Move on without guilt Community Challenge 👇 Today or tomorrow: 1. Use this once on a task you tend to overwork 2. Share: The full breakdown HERE if you want to go deeper, but try the shot first. One task. One shot. Less drain ☕

Start Your Day With Decisions, Not Tasks
Most of us don’t start work in the morning. We start reacting. Emails. Messages. Notifications. Here’s a simple Techspresso AI habit to try tomorrow: The 5-Minute Morning Decision Shot Before opening anything else, ask AI: “𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 (𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 + 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚). 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 3 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 — 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩?” Then: ▶ Choose one thing ▶ Work on it for 60–90 minutes ▶ Ignore the rest No tools. No systems. Just clarity. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 👇 Tomorrow morning: 1. Try this once 2. Come back and share: If you want the deeper reasoning behind this, the full Techspresso AI post is in my blog, but try the shot first. One trigger. One shot. Let’s go ☕
