Your Week Doesn’t Need More AI. It Needs Fewer Decisions.
Quick thought I’ve been testing on myself lately 👇 Most weeks don’t feel heavy because of the work. They feel heavy because of the 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 we keep making over and over. On Mondays, before I automate anything, I use AI in a very specific way: I ask it to 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, not speed up tasks. One simple example: Instead of asking “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫?” I ask: “𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝, 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤?” That single shift changed how my weeks feel by Wednesday. I wrote a short article on my personal site (yes, built and managed with AI) where I break down: ▶ The exact Monday prompt I use ▶ Why decision fatigue kills momentum ▶ How to turn AI into a clarity engine, not another tool to manage 👉 Read it here: https://www.ahmedtomoum.com/blog/your-week-doesnt-need-more-ai-it-needs-fewer-decisions 💬 Community question: What’s one decision you could stop making every day this week?
