In one of my earlier comments I mentioned how I see life as a cake: Some people are happy with one slice, some go back for seconds, but what really matters is that everyone gets to eat. That’s how I feel about building communities too. They’re richer, more fun, and more sustainable when we share the slices, ideas, energy, and contributions. So here’s a thought: instead of trying to do everything alone, why not bake the “cake” together? 👉 Who here would be open to collaborating on content, challenges, or even small experiments we can test as a group? I’d love to see what happens when people with the same passions and goals mix their ingredients. 🚀☕️

Many people worry that AI will replace their jobs. Truth is, AI won’t replace you, but someone using AI smarter and faster might. The opportunity here isn’t about fighting the tools, it’s about learning how to leverage them. AI can take care of the busywork so we have more time for creativity, strategy, family, and real human connection. Instead of asking “Will AI take my job?”, maybe the better question is “How can AI make me 10x better at it?” What’s one task you’d happily hand off to AI so you can focus on what really matters?

Build a 1-week training plan for a beginner focused on functional full-body workouts, including rest and recovery tips.”
