Two shops. Four technicians hired. Both shops fully staffed. And that’s just today.
Earlier today, we celebrated Adams Garage in Indiana. Now we’ve got another one.
Congratulations to Revolution Motor Works in Finksburg, MD on hiring two Automotive Technicians! 🎉
Anyone who’s run a shop short-handed knows the difference. The schedule isn’t built around who’s missing. The existing crew isn’t constantly covering the gaps. And the owner can spend a little less time worrying about the next hire.
That’s what getting fully staffed is supposed to feel like.
Congratulations to Revolution Motor Works and their newest team members! đź‘Ź
