Hi everyone- I'm Janelle, 43 year old dog mom from Hershey, Pennsylvania. I'm recovering from an almost 2 year struggle with frozen shoulder, am perimenopausal, and I don't want to look in the mirror at the end of 2026 and see my current self looking back at me. I'm here for my upgrade. :)
