How to improve your English fast?
Hello! How are you guys doing? I’ve been learning English in school for almost my whole life, but it wasn't as useful as I’d hoped because it relied entirely on grammar books with no real practice or exposure to native content. However, the moment I started watching movies and series exclusively in English, I truly started assimilating the language. I realized you need to learn the way kids actually learn languages, by just repeating what they hear, with no strict grammar or pronunciation rules. This approach also helps you learn words and idioms in context, creating a mental connection between a feeling and a phrase. Because of this, you don't have to force yourself to memorize vocabulary, you'll naturally find yourself using high-level words and phrasal verbs at the exact right moment. Also, I've noticed that most people make mistakes with English prepositions, but when you apply this immersion technique, you'll never face that issue. Thank you for reading, and please share your tips as well!
