New Acupressure Workbooks Are Available ✨
Several focused Acupressure Workbooks are now available inside the Classroom — with more topics coming over time. Each workbook explores a specific health topic through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and includes carefully selected self-acupressure points, practical guidance and a simple supportive practice. The workbooks are included with Premium membership or can be purchased individually as a one-time purchase. I would also love to hear from you: Are there any health topics you would like me to create a future Acupressure Workbook about? Share your ideas in the comments below. 😊 Vibeke 🌸

Hi everyone 😊
Summer break is over, and I’m looking forward to the autumn ahead and everything we’ll be exploring together here in TCM & Acupressure for Balance. I hope you’ve all had a lovely summer — with some time for rest, good moments, and perhaps a little more space to breathe. I’m excited to be back and to continue building this community with more practical TCM, acupressure, and new resources for everyday health and balance. ✨ I’m looking forward to the season ahead with you. — Vibeke 🌸
It’s time for a summer break ☀️
After these past few weeks, I can feel that it is time to slow down, take a deeper breath, and make space for rest. I won’t be sharing new content here during the next few weeks. The community will still be open, and I’ll continue to check in and reply to messages and questions — just at a gentler summer pace. Before I take a break, I would really love to hear from you: What would make TCM & Acupressure more useful and valuable for you after the summer? You are very welcome to share: – what you enjoy most here – what you would like more of – whether there is anything you miss – or which everyday concerns you would like practical TCM and acupressure support for Perhaps you would like support for things such as: – headaches and tension – sleep and stress – digestion, bloating, constipation, or a sensitive “holiday stomach” – low energy – women’s health, hormones, PMS, or menopause – men’s health, vitality, sexual wellbeing, or fertility – simple acupressure support for children – or other common concerns in everyday life You can reply with just a few words, one thought, or a specific wish 💛 Thank you for being part of this space 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful summer filled with rest, nourishing moments, and gentle balance 🌸

Good Friday everyone ☀️
This week, we’ve been exploring how the elements support one another through the Generating Cycle (Sheng Cycle) in TCM. This week, we’ve been looking at: 💚 Wood feeds Fire How flow supports connection (Liver → Heart) We’ve talked a little about how tension, frustration, and restricted flow may influence emotional openness, expression, connection, and the ability to feel present and engaged. In TCM, balance is often not about forcing more joy or connection — but about supporting the systems that allow energy to move more freely. ✨ This week, I’d love to invite you into the Classroom to visit the support points from: 💚 Wood Element Support and ❤️ Fire Element Support There you’ll find: • supportive acupressure points • how to locate them • how to work with them • and a little more about how these systems are traditionally understood in TCM 😊 You’re very welcome inside if you’d like to explore further. ✨ If you explore the points this week, feel free to share anything you notice 🙏
