30 contributions to TCM & Acupressure for Balance
Good Friday everyone ☀️
This week, we’ve been exploring how the elements support one another through the Generating Cycle (Sheng Cycle) in TCM. This week, we’ve been looking at: 💚 Wood feeds Fire How flow supports connection (Liver → Heart) We’ve talked a little about how tension, frustration, and restricted flow may influence emotional openness, expression, connection, and the ability to feel present and engaged. In TCM, balance is often not about forcing more joy or connection — but about supporting the systems that allow energy to move more freely. ✨ This week, I’d love to invite you into the Classroom to visit the support points from: 💚 Wood Element Support and ❤️ Fire Element Support There you’ll find: • supportive acupressure points • how to locate them • how to work with them • and a little more about how these systems are traditionally understood in TCM 😊 You’re very welcome inside if you’d like to explore further. ✨ If you explore the points this week, feel free to share anything you notice 🙏

Good Wednesday everyone ☀️
💚 Wood feeds Fire How flow supports connection (Liver → Heart) In everyday life, many people notice that it becomes harder to feel open, present, or connected when tension and frustration have been building for a long time. The body may feel tight. Patience may become shorter. It may be harder to express what you feel. And even moments that would normally bring joy may feel more distant. In TCM, the Liver system is traditionally connected to the smooth flow of Qi, while the Heart system is associated with warmth, presence, connection, and emotional expression. When energy can move more freely, it may become easier to feel engaged, communicate clearly, and connect with yourself and others. ✨ Reflection: Have you noticed that when tension or frustration begins to ease, it becomes easier to feel present, expressive, or connected? Maybe through your mood, your voice, your relationships, or your ability to enjoy what is happening around you? ✨ If you feel like it, you’re very welcome to share what you notice 🙏 Wishing you a grounded Wednesday in flow ✨

Good Monday everyone
This week, we continue exploring how the Five Elements support one another through the Generating Cycle (Sheng Cycle) in TCM. This week, we’re looking at: 💚 Wood feeds FireHow flow supports connection(Liver → Heart) In TCM, the Liver system is traditionally connected to movement, direction, flexibility, and the smooth flow of Qi. The Heart system is associated with warmth, joy, emotional presence, and connection with ourselves and others. When this relationship feels supported, energy can move more freely into expression, engagement, and connection. It may feel easier to be present, respond openly, and experience joy without feeling blocked or held back. When balance feels challenged, some people may notice the opposite: less flow → less openness → it may become harder to feel present, connected, expressive, or emotionally at ease. This does not mean emotional wellbeing depends on the Liver alone — but in TCM, these systems are understood as connected and influencing one another over time. ✨ Reflection: Have you noticed that when you feel less tense or emotionally stuck, it becomes easier to connect, express yourself, or enjoy what is happening around you? ✨ If you feel like it, you’re very welcome to share what you notice 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful Monday in flow ✨

Good Friday everyone
This week, we’ve been exploring how the elements support one another through the Generating Cycle (Sheng Cycle) in TCM. This week, we’ve been looking at: 💙 Water nourishes WoodHow restoration supports movement (Kidney → Liver) We’ve talked a little about how rest, recovery, and the body’s deeper reserves may influence flexibility, patience, motivation, and the ability to move forward. In TCM, balance is often not about pushing through —but about supporting the systems that help one another. ✨ This week, I invite you back into the Classroom to revisit the support points from: 💙 Water Element Supportand 💚 Wood Element Support There you’ll find: • supportive acupressure points • how to locate them • how to work with them • and a little more about how these systems are traditionally understood in TCM 😊 You’re very welcome inside if you’d like to explore further ✨ If you explore the points this week, feel free to share anything you notice.

Good Wednesday everyone
💙 Water nourishes Wood How restoration supports movement(Kidney → Liver) In everyday life, many people notice that movement and flexibility become harder when the body has not had enough time to recover. After long periods of stress, poor sleep, or exhaustion, the body may feel less adaptable. Muscles may feel tighter. Patience may become shorter. Small challenges may feel more frustrating. And it may become harder to make decisions, find direction, or move forward with ease. In TCM, the Kidney system is traditionally connected to the body’s deeper reserves, while the Liver system supports the smooth flow of Qi, movement, and flexibility. When the body has enough rest and support, it often becomes easier to respond rather than react — and to move through life with greater flexibility. ✨ Reflection: Have you noticed that you feel more tense, frustrated, or stuck when you are tired or depleted? And does anything change when you have had enough rest and time to recover? ✨ If you feel like it, you’re very welcome to share what you notice. Wishing you a grounded Wednesday in flow ✨
