How restoration supports movement(Kidney โ Liver)
In everyday life, many people notice that movement and flexibility become harder when the body has not had enough time to recover.
After long periods of stress, poor sleep, or exhaustion, the body may feel less adaptable.
Muscles may feel tighter.
Patience may become shorter.
Small challenges may feel more frustrating.
And it may become harder to make decisions,
find direction, or move forward with ease.
In TCM, the Kidney system is traditionally connected to the bodyโs deeper reserves, while the Liver system supports the smooth flow of Qi, movement, and flexibility.
When the body has enough rest and support, it often becomes easier to respond rather than react โ and to move through life with greater flexibility.
โจ Reflection:
Have you noticed that you feel more tense, frustrated, or stuck when you are tired or depleted?
And does anything change when you have had enough rest and time to recover?
โจ If you feel like it, youโre very welcome to share what you notice.
Wishing you a grounded Wednesday in flow โจ
