💚 Wood feeds Fire
How flow supports connection (Liver → Heart)
In everyday life, many people notice that it becomes harder to feel open, present, or connected when tension and frustration have been building for a long time.
The body may feel tight.
Patience may become shorter.
It may be harder to express what you feel.
And even moments that would normally bring joy may feel more distant.
In TCM, the Liver system is traditionally connected to the smooth flow of Qi, while the Heart system is associated with warmth, presence, connection, and emotional expression.
When energy can move more freely, it may become easier to feel engaged, communicate clearly, and connect with yourself and others.
✨ Reflection:
Have you noticed that when tension or frustration begins to ease, it becomes easier to feel present, expressive, or connected?
Maybe through your mood, your voice, your relationships, or your ability to enjoy what is happening around you?
✨ If you feel like it, you’re very welcome to share what you notice 🙏
Wishing you a grounded Wednesday in flow ✨
