W9 · 🏠 Lower Taxes w/ Ryan

I closed on a property last week. The property and mortgage are held by an LLC. The property LLC is held by a Wyoming LLC that myself and my wife own. I need to fill out w9's for airbnb and vrbo. I am lost on what i select. Is this a single member LLC since the properties LLC is held by another LLC? Is this a C corp? Is this a disregarded entity? Any help is appreciated.
