Hello, does anyone who has a direct booking website have any experience with Truvi, formerly known as superhog? This is a company that does background checks as one of their services. What are people’s general feelings about this? I worry that guests will not feel comfortable providing information for background checks and not book but at the same time I want to protect my property. Any thoughts? Thanks!
