Anyone bought a single family home in NC, tore it down, and built 6 townhomes on the same (corner) lot in town walking distance to restaurants/stores in order to use as STR's? All regulations allow currently allow this on this home/opportunity, and low land value and fixer-upper home make it potentially attractive. I have one in mind, but little time and no experience (only have 1 SFH as a STR). Thanks for any advice you may be willing to share!
