FAFSA Question
We have a short-term rental in which we materially participate and the rental is deeded in the name of our LLC. The LLC is owned and controlled 100% by our family. Would this qualify for the Small Business Exclusion and not need to be reported as "rental property" or a business asset on the FAFSA?
