Hello Ryan, we’re new to this community. We were referred by a mentor that I am now working with in the STR world my husband and I own two properties, one short-term rental, the other long-term. we are looking to expand our portfolio. We want to learn as much as we can about the short-term benefits to offset W-2, save as much on taxes so that we can turn around and invest that money back into real estate. We are looking forward to working with your company and learning from you all and obviously the thing that’s in the way the biggest is just lack of knowledge & is why we are here!
