I have a fix and flip we did last year. We planned to run it as a STR but my son ended up buying it from us (his 1st house). We did extensive rehab and took a hit when we sold it, lost money because of what loan price my son was approved for. Doing 2025 taxes now. How do I get started with this property for my 2025 taxes?
