Hi everyone, I’m Joseph Lopez. My career in real estate began as a real estate agent in Southern California over 30 yrs ago, and I've been investing full-time since 2013. I relocated to East Texas in 2019 and my focus is:
- Rentals in East Texas & East Tennessee
- A multi-tenant commercial property in Texas
- Multifamily syndications and distressed property renovations
I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned about raising capital, managing rentals, and investing out of state (I have boots on the ground in Tennessee).
